I read an article this week about different styles of parenting & I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. Could you end a friendship over your differing parenting styles? I’d love your opinion, I’m still not sure what my opinion is, but it’s doing my head in!! Head on over to Maxabella Loves & tell me what you think – it’s a chunky one….
Remember I set a New Years goal to TRY? Well the big one for me was to try not to speak negatively. I think I’m getting somewhere. I consciously catch myself now about to say something negative, but instead of putting it out there, I just close my mouth & listen. I have a friend who is often quiet at group functions & now I wonder if it’s because she doesn’t have anything nice to say!! Jeepers!
I also took tried out the Pure Glow Juice Cleanse – so delicious & so much easier than I thought it would be! If you’re in Perth have a look at their website & give it a go. I think you’ll find the benefits of a juice cleanse pretty amazing & worth a try.
Last night I hosted an Arbonne demonstration for my friend Mel, who’s just started out with the company. She had heaps of interesting information on the product’s botanical principals & how she’s eliminating toxins from her family’s home. Really interesting & really fun, we did facials using the RE9 Anti Aging collection – fabulous!
I’m a little bit excited about securing myself a place at the annual ProBlogger Event in Brisbane in August. I’m even more excited to be rooming with Jo from You Had Us At Hello, she’s a riot! If you’re unsure what ProBlogger is & really if you’re not a blogger, that is highly likely, you can read what 500+ Aussie bloggers get up to on a weekend!
Gogglebox, oh my golly goodness! How I love this show! I am laughing out loud from beginning to end. What is an entirely ridiculous premise of a show is fantastically hilarious! Do you have a couch favourite? I am partial to Angie & Yvie, but really, I love them all!
Are you watching Gogglebox? Do you love or hate it?
Health kick – thinking about the juice thing?
What about the whole parent v parent issue – is it something you can relate to?
