Oh my goodness there have been some bargains to be had lately! Black Friday, Cyber Monday, not to mention the lead up to Christmas sales! Is that even a thing? I’m not sure! What I am sure of, is it’s a pretty good time to be saving some money & stocking up on Christmas gifts or some much needed purchases for yourself!
I’ve done a bit of both, but I though I’d share with you what I bought this month. Now, what I am about to show you may seem excessive, but I assure you, all items were carefully considered. I didn’t pay full price for any of it & that makes me feel a teensy bit better about it all!
Come, let me justify my shopping addiction to you!!!
ASOS Metallica Print T-Shirt – I got 30% off everything I purchased at ASOS & I’ve been looking for a vintage rock t-shirt for so long with no luck, so this comes pretty close. At full price it’s $40.
ASOS 2 in 1 Cami Top – Again, 30% off, usually $55. I needed a new going out top & this one was interesting – channelling my inner 90s gal!
Sportsgirl Basic T-Shirts – I renew these tees as soon as mine are faded, have stains or holes in them as soon – as soon I see them on sale I snap them up. I wear these tees pretty much around the clock. I know my size so it’s easy to buy them online or in store without trying them on. I got the white Grunge Tee at 50% off – that’s about $15 & they come in a range of colours. The Black & Grey V Tees are 2 for $40 usually, I got them with additional 25% off. (I love the Sportsgirl sales rack – it’s an a treasure trove! Online Sportsgirl have Flash Offers too which they update all the time!)
Ok, I told a teensy lie. I paid full price for these Sneak Tony Bianco sneakers – they were $90. But I bought other shoes so I saved on shipping, right? These Rubi Shoes Walkaway Sneakers are usually $50, I got them at 30% off. Combined with shipping too – so another saving! I literally threw 2 pairs of old sneakers in the bin when I bought these new pairs. I live in sneakers over the cooler months so I don’t feel any guilt at all about these purchases!
My major purchase right here! I fell in love with these Country Road Soft Tie Details Pants & have been waiting patiently for a Spend & Save to make my purchase! I got $50 off the $200. I talked myself out the of Rust Red pair & went with the basic black. They are gorgeous & I feel totally special in them!
I check into Foundling’s website ALL THE TIME because I love everything they do. Just waiting patiently for the sales! I nabbed this Samsara Batik Cami (usually $69) & the Anjeer Pocket Maxi Skirt was a bargain at $39. Remember to be careful when buying sale items online – you may not be able to make returns!
I so needed some new sandals. It was that time of year when I could no longer wear sneakers everyday & found that I didn’t have anything else, other than last year’s old thongs. They need replacing too by the way! I must admit I saw Kirsty Ashe Style (follow her on Instagram ladies – she’s fab!) wearing these Gemma flats by Tony Bianco & fell in love. They were $130 – I got them for $60. These Tiga black flats also by Tony Bianco were $120 – I paid $80. There are seriously so many gorgeous pairs of flats on sale at Tony Bianco right now, both these pairs are leather – if you don’t have a store nearby – jump online now!
Last but not least – my ASOS Fedora Hat with Pom Pom trim, currently on sale for $25. I realised heading off to watch my son play tball on the first sunny Saturday in a long time that I didn’t have a hat to wear – my last straw hat was left intentionally behind in a hotel room bin in Bali! Pom poms are big again this summer & at this price it’s perfect for me to not be too precious with this summer!
So there you go. My Shopping Cart for November. I can assure you that it does not look this full every month of the year! It’s especially full this month because of all those amazing sales & the change of season meant certain pieces were due for an upgrade! What about you? Did you bag yourself a bargain this month??
